We are located in Somerset, Kentucky, right off West Highway 80 at 87 Sarah’s Lane. Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am until 4 pm. When attending weekend conferences and continuing education events we occasionally see patients on Wednesday in lieu of Friday.
