Lake Cumberland Endodontics provides you with the finest endodontic care at the most reasonable cost. To continue this practice, all fees are due at the time treatment is delivered. Patients with insurance are asked to pay 50% of the service fee at the time of treatment and are responsible for any amount not covered by the insurance. Any overpayment will be refunded promptly.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit and Dental Fee Plan, Inc. Care Credit and Dental Fee Plan,Inc, are companies which provide separate lines of credit for health care needs. You can apply for either of these programs online, at the office or in the privacy of your own home.
